I work 1:1 with managers to sharpen how they lead: communication, delegation, decisions under pressure. This isn't theory; it's behavior change that shows up in how their team actually performs.

Teams that adapt, ship, and don't burn out doing it.
I embed with teams to introduce or develop agile ways of working: sprints, retros, ceremonies that fit the team's reality instead of the textbook. Less process theater, more focus on flow and delivery.

Through positive psychology and life transformational coaching tools, Gestalt frameworks, NLP and agile coaching methods I support to revitalize the human innate sense of curiosity, to see a possibility in every challenge.
Deliberate Clarity
With my coachees, we cultivate a continous desire to shine acute clarity on thoughts, behaviours and decisions to switch off the default/pilote mode and deliberately decide which direction to take.
Profound Compassion
I remind my clients of the strong power of compassion for the self and for others, as a catalyst for acceptance and profound transformation.
Coherent Integrity
No size fits all! I see the coaching conversation as an act of trust and mutual transformation. Therefore, my coachee and me agree together on what they can afford to finance their coaching.
Humorous Fun
Self-work can be tiring at times. I use humor to make my sessions pleasant and I do everything to keep the conversation fun!
